Coins are the way Testabrand Canada rewards you for testing products. Here's exactly what they are, how you earn them, and how to turn them into real money.
100 Coins = $1 CAD
Coins are a simple points currency. Every 100 Coins in your balance is worth exactly one Canadian dollar when redeemed.
Coins never expire
Once Coins are credited to your account, they stay there. There's no deadline to use or redeem them.
Cashback Campaigns only
Coins are earned only from Cashback Campaigns. Exclusive Deals give you a straight-up discount instead — no Coins involved.
The Journey
From testing a product to cash in hand
You buy & test the product
Book a slot on a testing campaign, purchase the product on Amazon.ca, try it out, and complete the short private survey. Each testing campaign shows exactly how many Coins it's worth before you join — so you always know what you're earning.
You submit your claim
Upload your order confirmation and complete the survey through your dashboard. Your claim then goes to our team for review.
Your claim is approved — Coins become Payable
Once approved, the campaign's Coins amount is credited to your account, plus any bonus Coins you qualify for (like the 500-Coin signup bonus). At this stage your Coins are 'Payable' — earned and waiting to be paid out.
Your Coins get Redeemed
Our team periodically processes payouts, converting your Payable Coins into a real CAD payment to your payment method on file (100 Coins = $1 CAD). Once paid, those Coins are marked 'Redeemed' in your account history.

Coins Questions
How many Coins will I earn? +
Every testing campaign shows its Coins amount right on the campaign page before you join, so you always know what you'll earn if your claim is approved. The amount is set by Testabrand CA for each campaign.
How much is 100 Coins worth? +
100 Coins = $1 CAD. So 500 Coins is worth $5, 2,000 Coins is worth $20, and so on.
Do Coins expire? +
No. Coins never expire. Once they're in your account, they stay there until you redeem them.
How do I redeem my Coins? +
You don't need to do anything special — once your Coins are Payable, our team periodically processes payouts to the payment method on file in your profile. Make sure your payment details are set up to receive CAD payments.
What's the signup bonus? +
New members receive a 500-Coin bonus (equal to $5 CAD) after completing their first approved claim.
Do Exclusive Deals earn Coins? +
No. Exclusive Deals are a separate, simpler type of offer — you get a straight discount on the product price with no survey and no Coins. Coins are earned only through Cashback Campaigns.
Where can I see my Coins balance? +
Your full Coins balance, including Payable and Redeemed totals, is always visible on your Dashboard and Claims page.
