Terms of Service

1. Overview

Testabrand Canada is a Canadian product testing and consumer feedback platform. We connect brands seeking genuine product feedback with Canadian testers. Testers purchase products from Amazon.ca, complete a private survey sharing their honest experience, and receive cashback to their payment method upon approval of their claim.

Testabrand CA is not affiliated with Amazon.ca, Amazon.com, or PayPal. We act solely as an intermediary between brands and testers.

2. Eligibility

To participate in Testabrand CA campaigns, you must:

• Be a Canadian resident (any province or territory)
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have a valid, personal Amazon.ca account
• Have a valid payment method that can receive CAD payments
• Have a valid email address and provide accurate registration information

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Providing false eligibility information will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any pending cashback.

3. Campaign Participation

When you book a campaign slot, you agree to:

• Purchase the specified product from Amazon.ca using your own Amazon account and payment method, within the timeframe provided in the campaign instructions
• Submit your order confirmation and Order ID as proof of purchase through your Testabrand CA dashboard
• Receive and genuinely use or evaluate the product
• Complete the campaign survey honestly and in good faith within the stated deadline
• Submit your claim through the platform dashboard once the survey is completed

Failure to complete any of these steps within the required timeframes may result in claim denial and/or slot forfeiture.

4. Product Handling — Critical Rules

These restrictions exist because Testabrand CA works with brands who provide cashback in exchange for genuine consumer feedback. Returning or reselling products undermines this arrangement and harms participating brands.

5. Surveys and Feedback

All survey responses must be:

• Honest and genuine — based on your actual use and experience of the product
• Original — you may not copy responses from templates, AI tools, or other sources
• Complete — all required fields must be filled in with substantive responses

Testabrand CA does not require you to post any review on Amazon.ca or any other public platform. Our surveys are private and shared only with the relevant brand in anonymized form.

Submitting fraudulent, copy-pasted, or intentionally misleading survey responses is grounds for immediate account termination and cashback denial.

6. Cashback and Payments

• Cashback is issued in Canadian Dollars (CAD) to the payment method on file in your profile
• Cashback is processed after your claim is reviewed and approved, typically within 3–7 business days of claim submission
• The cashback amount is as stated in the campaign description at the time you booked your slot
• Testabrand CA is not responsible for any PayPal fees, currency conversion fees, or delays caused by PayPal
• Cashback will not be issued until proof of purchase and a completed survey have been submitted and approved
• We reserve the right to withhold or reverse cashback if we determine that the terms of this agreement were violated

7. Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the product handling rules in Section 4, the following are strictly prohibited:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim more than one slot per campaign
• Sharing your account credentials with another person
• Purchasing a product under someone else's Amazon account to claim cashback
• Booking a slot with no intention to complete the campaign
• Submitting another person's order confirmation as your own
• Posting, selling, or sharing Testabrand CA campaign instructions publicly
• Attempting to manipulate product ratings, reviews, or seller accounts on Amazon or any other platform
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Testabrand CA platform

8. Account Suspension and Termination

Testabrand CA reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

• Any violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior
• Repeated failure to complete booked campaigns
• Chargebacks or disputes filed against Testabrand CA in bad faith

Upon termination, all pending claims will be forfeited. No appeal is guaranteed but may be requested by contacting support.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Testabrand CA is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee the continuous availability of campaigns, specific cashback amounts, or uninterrupted access to the platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any campaign or feature at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Testabrand CA and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your participation in any campaign, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or product dissatisfaction.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of the province in which you reside. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of Canada, at our election.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify registered users by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
